When I ordered this, the European blue vinyl version, it came with a hardback notebook which obviously reflects the album's title. I'm afraid I can't remember how limited this was or if I may have paid extra for the notebook so any help would be appreciated.

The notebook is blue and has 'THE GASLIGHT ANTHEM' embossed on the cover and under that is 'HANDWRITTEN' again embossed but in a different font. It has a bookmark and elasticated strap to hold the notebook closed. Inside there are lined pages, no numbering of any kind, and a card wallet attached to the back of the book. On the rear at the bottom is embossed 'JOURNALBOOKS'. No printing on the spine. Please see pictures for more detail.
