Released in a limited, numbered pressing of 666 copies, as the "baker's dozen" bonus single in Voodoo Doughnut's series of 1 single per month for a year. Comes with a folded, 7.25 x 14.5" black & white insert, printed on both sides, with the inside being a poster comprising a portrait of the band, and the outside being a list of credits on one panel and a message from the record label on the other panel.
