Side Three:
Track 1 is an unreleased track that was intended for a Broken Flag Records compilation. Recorded on Long Island in 1985.
Track 2 is an unreleased track taken from a cassette since the master tape is long destroyed - Recorded in NYC during 1985.
Track 3 is an unreleased piece taken from a long lost cassette. I have to idea when it was put on tape
Track 4 is an outtake from the "Knees" sessions - this track appeared on the "Phlegm Dive" CD - Recorded in 1983, I believe in a concrete basement in Massapeque, Long Island
Track 5 is a Bonus track from the "Body Samples" CD

Side Four:
Tracks 1-5 taken from the "Body Samples" CD
Track 6 is an unreleased, shortened version of the vocal version of "In Dark Waters" recently discovered on an ancient cassette.
