NOTES

Limited edition via the Indiegogo platform received a bonus disk advertised at the time of pledge (February 2014) as "a CD of outtakes. At this point we have tracked some 70 minutes of music, certainly not all of it will make the top tier"

When the pledges were finally fulfilled in late 2017, the outtakes CD was limited to only one track of unused material. Main CD is 52 minutes and the track on the outtakes CD is 3:23, so it is unclear what happened to the remaining 15 minutes of music recorded for the session. ©2016 Monks of Doom
