Plain Chants was commissioned by the Cardiff Ardwyn Singers with support from the Guild for the Promotion of Welsh Music, and the Arts Council, Wales.
Cello Symphony was commissioned by the English Symphony Orchestra with support from the David James Charitable Trust, the Arts Council, and the Performing Rights Society.

CD is packaged in a standard plastic black-tray jewel case along with a 16-pages (stapled) booklet, notes in English.
