Reissue-compilation, differs from original cassette issues(1982 sequoia, 1987 vital body/relaxation/whatever/1992 sequoia) and features two bonus tracks from older, out-of print titles (still waters, beside the laughing river).

Subtitled: "guitar, flute, keyboards & sounds of the forest at dawn"

The physical track times on the CD differ from the printed ones, but this seems intentionally as there are pure nature sounds without music at the beginning and end of tracks. Printed track times entered in the tracklisting.
