THE CORRIDORS OF TIME…
Across the ages, we’ve wondered about time ...
What is time? Is it merely a human construct?
A way to measure the passing days, hours, minutes, seconds?
Are we simply using time to keep track of our lives, those around us,
and the events that take place in our world and in the heavens above us?
Is time only astrological, intellectual?
Or is time geological, astronomical, universal?
How are space and time connected?
When we gaze at the stars we see light from the past
Does this prove that time really exists?
After all, aren’t we simply looking at the past on other worlds?
Across the ages, we’ve wondered about time
We take time to think about time
We take our time and time slips away
We think about time and we have less of it than when we started
Time flies by ... months, years, decades, centuries, millennia, eras, eons
We wander through the corridors of time, not sure what we’ll find
The uncertainty of time ... the future ... the past ... the present
The corridors of time, are soon to reveal
The changes yet to come and the wonderment that we feel
The pathway of life is high and so long
The stones of time foreseen, go on and on
And the thoughts that venture on ...
Through the corridors of time

ABOUT…
This release is kind of a rewind of the years, down "the corridors of time" to all those different "doors" in my life, some I opened, others I closed, and some I never opened.
It started as the score for a film called The Box by Steven Deeble. After creating the score, I continued developing several of the themes and the whole thing morphed into this release called The Corridors of Time. It represents influences over the years; the places I’ve lived, different musical styles, foreign cultures, etc.
I lived much of my childhood overseas, starting with Venezuela, where I was born. Angel Falls is one of the wonderful landmarks of Venezuela and the Amazon Rain Forest, so I thought it would be an appropriate place to start.
Thanks for letting me share this journey with you!
