This album contains a collection of songs from a time and a place everyone goes, but won't necessarily admit to. Its a collection of summer jams recorded to prove to the outside world that I can release an album that contains absolutely no versions of songs from Buck Up Princess... This brief album is dedicated to summer tummies, BBQ's, and getting bizzy. It is also an example of some of the musical directions I've been working on as THE REAL NEW ALBUM takes shape. Its coming along really well and when its done, i think it'll smash all the other albums to bits. But here we are now and I'm very proud of Midriff's Musics. Its summer music for the winter blues, its background tunes for dry humping, its skater rap for rollerbladers, its all that and then some, its the soundtrack of awkard teenage mating. Most of all, its brand new. So chew on it for a second. Good things acoming.
