The Holyghost demo was recorded @ Stable Recordings.

This release is labeled with a catalog # of "DWI36" on the back cover, and listed as "DW36" & "DWI36" on the Deathwish website.

The CD version has a red layout, whereas the vinyl version has a metallic gold layout.
