No Ku'uipo is Ahumanu's Second CD release, a smart and joyful collection of island music that embodies the traditions of their local heritage as well as contemporary shadings that speak to their role as hosts of a daily radio show. Seven new compositions highlight this collecion, presented alongsidelesser known classics from years gone by.
The joy in the music was matched only by the presence at Ulu Loa of those who made it. Having Liz and Joni here weekly to work on their music was like having cherished family arrive with a wagon load of aloha. We will have to start a new project soon!
