Telemann's Scherzi Melodichi of 1734 contain seven suites named after the days of the week. Telemann's "Fortsetzung des Harmonischen Gottesdienstes" ("Harmonious Divine Service") is a set of cantatas also following the calendar. The young members of Ensemble Delirio have created a program from both of these cycles which features expressive and enjoyable compositions for each day of the week.
