In the winter of 2015, eight men attend a meeting in suburban Melbourne. Forty-five years earlier, they had been sexually abused by a priest who taught them. They discuss their lives and the lives of the other four class members who have committed suicide. During the months that follow, the men decide to take action in response to the damages they have experienced. The events that follow will change their lives forever and have international repercussions.
Tim Lowe takes us on a journey into the minds of damaged men and guides us towards an understanding of the real impact of childhood abuse.
