Eleven-year-old Amy Pringle lives on a farm. She knows all the animals by name and can talk to them like Doctor Doolittle. Her favourite is Phoenix, the three-legged lamb. After Amy's act, Amy's Little Lambs, goes viral on YouTube, Amy applies for Time to Shine, a popular TV talent show. TJ, a new boy, also arrives in her class and Amy knows straight away that he must meet Phoenix. Will Amy make it to Time to Shine and will she be able to help TJ who is bullied for being different?
