About the author: Samanthia Cassidy-singer, songwriter, author-comes from a humble background in the small town of Courtland, Alabama, where she encountered God as a young girl and accepted His call upon her life. She has received a Doctor of Humanities degree from Emmanuel Baptist University and an honorary Doctor of Music degree from Heartland Bible College. As a Gospel singer, she was nominated as one of the top five 1997 soloists at the Gospel Voice Diamond Awards in Nashville, and she is now finishing her fifth music CD. Samanthia has ministered extensively in Nigeria and has had the privilege to sing for presidents, kings and dignitaries from around the world. She plans to take the Gospel to all of Africa, Trinidad, Jamaica and Europe, in addition to churches throughout America. She and her beloved husband, Bill, reside in Corinth, Mississippi.
