For many years, stories and rumours have spoken of those with the Power. Some say it is a myth. Some say it is real. No one with it is ever around to tell their side of the story-they are reported to the authorities and erased from their lives as soon as they start to show the signs.

When seventeen-year-old Brooke Anders starts to show signs of her own Power, she and her brother, Owen, are forced to question everything they thought they knew.
