It even includes exercises after the story so that kids can practice ways to manage their own big feelings.

A Day with Dad is part of a series, Omi & Cookie's Adventures, about the early lives of two young, curious, and imaginative Black sisters. A portion of each purchase goes toward helping finance mental health and wellness programs for young children in southwestern Ontario.
