Twenty five percent of those who have their gallbladder removed have the same or worse pain after the surgery than they did before!
While the gallbladder removal procedure may be safe from a statistical standpoint, about one percent of those who undergo this surgery actually die from the procedure. This translates to almost 10,000 deaths per year in the US. So despite what your surgeon may tell you, having your gallbladder removed is neither completely safe nor effective.
Perhaps even more important, however, it that the same conditions that lead to gallstones also are precursors to other, more serious diseases. The list includes obesity, heart disease, strokes and diabetes, as well as others. Gallbladder surgery does nothing to correct those more serious problems.
Far more effective and much safer, both in the short term and the long term, is to correct the underlying problems that lead to gallstones, which has the effect of slowly dissolving your stones painlessly and easily. The side effects of this approach actually reduce your risk of all the other conditions listed above. The end result is that you restore your natural, vibrant health and Keep Your Gallbladder!
