It is our intention through this book, to take the reader through the day by day steps of self-reflection, healing, and growth. As you grow through this process, drawing closer to God should be the outcome.

Our level of intimacy with the Father should grow and we should feel ourselves becoming stronger and more confident in our Heavenly Father as well as ourselves. It is our prayer, that through this time of reflection, you would discover who you are and that you would make room for Father God to reveal Himself to you.
