5This journal will help you train and control your thoughts and tongue every day in peace. As you read the scriptures, I encourage you to journal how you feel and how you will overcome the negativity.

If the scripture doesn't resonate with you because you can't understand it ask the Lord to reveal it to you through the Spirit. Remember, His word is spiritually discerned, so please seek the Spirit for knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.

You have the ability to override your negative thoughts and to bring them into the obedience of Jesus Christ. I pray that while you journal, as you look back over the year, that you will see the difference of your thoughts and how you overcame all of the disbelief. With God ALL things are possible if you just believe. Every day, take a deep breath in of Gods peace.
