5The Luttrell Psalter is one of the most beautiful Medieval manuscripts. It was created early 14th Century. Every image in the book was taken from the Luttrell Psalter and every black and white image is accompanied by the original image in colour. The coloring book is designed to allow for just easy coloring. But those who may be more artistic can color and add their own embellishments.The images are taken from marginalia which was accomplished by six different illustrators. You will notice the variety of embellishments that were used by the illustrators. I think the shading and the use of white will be a challenge.
