9In the civilian tactical environment, seconds count. TECC for Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders (TECC-LEO) teaches law enforcement officers how to care for patients during a civilian tactical emergency, including active shootings. This program is designed to decrease preventable deaths in the field. Developed by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT), TECC-LEO is designed to train those without advanced medical training how to stay safe and keep partners and bystanders alive.
