My Angry Balloon is a book about a Panda who has an angry balloon that he has to learn how to control before it goes pop!
The book in poem form, guides the reader through the stages of feelings both physically and emotionally when a child gets angry. The book then acts as a self help guide to help teach strategies to the reader so they can learn to control their anger or help someone else who needs support. This can be read by an individual or as a group/class book to help support emotional intelligence and extend the understanding of anger as an emotion.
