Baron des Bulles s'est autoproclamé le carlin le plus mignon de la planète! Il aime: la mode, le beurre d'arachide et sa propriétaire, Bella. Il déteste: Noizz l'écureuil, les bains et la pluie. Quand Bella s'inscrit au concours d'inventions, Baron l'aide à construire le projet le plus sensationnel qui ait jamais existé.
