2This is a workbook created for Mental Health Therapists. However, it can also be used as a self help book by anyone. The 7 Topics Goals was originally created by the author to use in her own life. Then she shared it with her clients and it was well received. Being a therapist herself, the author believes that there are 7 main areas of one's life, that must be maintained, in order to stay goal-oriented and focused in order to be a happy, well-rounded individual. After the 7 Topics Goals, she took it a step further and created the 7 Topics Why Wheel. This is a tool for therapists to use with their clients to help them identify their primary current life stressors in the 7 main areas of their life, and help them problem solve; thus, helping them to decrease depression, anxiety, and to help them feel more goal oriented and in control of their own lives. You will see how this tool will not only identify current life stressors, but can also go back and deal with past traumas as well.
