Joseph, the Biblical Character, discovered this reality when he answered the invitation to a life of meaning and impact. With a dream from God and a "YES" in his heart, he would go on to bring salvation to a nation that was on the edge of utter destruction. His dreams would become a reality. Joseph made this resolve to say "yes" at the young age of seventeen, but the journey was far from over. He would later discover that walking in purpose can, at times, look like life in a palace. And in a moment, that palace can turn into a prison. His "YES" would have to stand strong in every season.
The question you must ask yourself is: "will I say YES to God?" It's the most important statement you can ever make and its implications will impact generations to come, but you must choose for yourself whether your life will matter or remain mundane. A "YES" is never a call to ordinary. God is raising up a generation of young leaders who will refuse the easy path and pursue their purpose, no matter the cost that lies before them. It's time to be who you were called to be. It's time to answer the call to a life of meaning. It's time to say "YES."
