This is one of those subjects where solutions are "common knowledge." Use a longer lever, grind it off, or heat it up. The first one is okay but not the first thing to try, you'll risk snapping the bolt or damaging the nut. The other two are impatient shortcuts with a high chance of failure through collateral damage.
Modern structures are made from plastic and composites with layers of primer, paint and lacquer. Vehicles from bikes to buses have always used rubber bushes and hoses. Now they are packed with delicate wiring, sensors and ECUs. None react well to heat or violent force.
There is a better way.
