Vickie Ann McCoy is a professor of counselor education at West Chester University. Prior to joining the faculty at West Chester, Dr. McCoy worked at the Institute for Disability Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi and served as the coordinator of counseling and testing services for students with disabilities at Monmouth University. She earned her doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
