egin with the question, "Why does the Church exist? Is it a man made organization infringing upon the rights of individuals?" These are real questions asked by people. How will you answer them? The next question flows from the first; "what then are we to do?" I believe that leader's need to understand the Ministry and Mission of the Church so they can lead others into this understanding. God has a purpose and a plan for individuals as well as His Church. By discovering these crucial aspects of successful ministry, we can effectively build them and they will perpetuate.
