1Glenn Smith, founder and president of International Western World Outreach Center, Inc. (a.k.a. Rodeo Cowboy Ministries), was an exrodeo professional and rancher. Ministering the gospel with a western flavor, Glenn was ordained to full-time ministry in the early nineteen seventies. Preaching and teaching the uncompromised Word of God, Glenn and his wife, Ann, have traveled throughout the U.S. and many other countries.
