Edward went to the bathroom before heading to school, and as soon the door closed, he opened his heart to his Creator. Among tears, he shared with Him about the incomprehensible burden and sorrow he felt inside his being. Abruptly, for the first time ever, he heard a voice inside his heart. "Do not be afraid. Trust Me. I will carry you on." The words surprised him, and Edward felt a profound, and yet inexplicable peace--a peace beyond understanding. The feeling made him realize that regardless of any situation, God was in total control.Walking under His Wings displays an exciting tale of mystery and the spiritual world, telling us the story of Edward, a young lad who begins an adventure of discovering God's plan for his life. Alongside his family, Edward learns about the reality of the spiritual realm and the power of God that surpasses all the forces of evil. Despite the obstacles he faced through his entire childhood, he was able to overcome every single one relying on the intervention and protection of the God Almighty. He learns that the key and answer to all struggles relies on trusting Him and always walk under His wings. Dr. Sanchez-Rivera was born and raised in Coamo, Puerto Rico, a small town in the south-central portion of the island. He is the eldest of two brothers and the proud son of successful public-school teachers. Through his life, God has been a primordial component of everything he and his family does. He completed his medical degree and Pediatric training in Puerto Rico. Eventually God brought him to Camden, NJ where he completed his post-graduate training in Pediatric Critical Care. Along the way, God provided a wonderful ideal companion through his lovely wife Aixa, with whom he had two children, Efrain Abdiel and Ainesis Marie. Being a God's servant and an ordained minister, Dr. Sanchez has served in multiple roles in the church of God, depending of its needs. He currently lives in Florence, SC with his lovely family where he works in healthcare and serves at Compassion Church of Florence, SC.
