This yoga journal is meant to help deepen your yoga practice, and bring about a calm sense of reflection and joy.
Included are the following sections:
Basic Info - Date, Time, Duration, Intention. This section is where you can record the day, time, how long your practiced, and also what your intention was. This is a great way to see how consistent you are, and also how your intention informs your practice.
Group / Coach - If you're attending yoga classes, or have a coach, you can record it here.
Mind & Body - Before and After. This section allows you to visualize and reflect on how yoga affects your body in both a physical and spiritual sense. Recording your thoughts here can help deepen your practice.
Poses Practiced - Writing down some or all the poses you practiced will help you see your progress.
Fields of Intensity - A silhouette of the human body where you can circle or draw where you felt most intensely worked out.
Additional Notes - A blank space to write your thoughts, affirmations, gratitude, etc.
