Retired Army Special Forces Major John Burton and his team travel to Denver, Colorado, to kidnap the daughter of a wealthy communications magnate. The FBI is called in, the ransom is paid, and the chase is on.

Up-and-coming FBI agent Sally Martin and her boss, Jack Donovan, are assigned to track down the kidnapper and his crew, but nothing is as it seems.
