7The late George Orwell wrote the classic '1984', the concept that by then the government would be 'eavesdropping' and/or video recording our every move. Well, it did not happen then, but now? Just take a look around you, there are cameras popping up everywhere. Every store or office building has eye-in-the-sky cameras throughout the entire building in and out. Highways, tunnels, bridges, you will find them here too. We have helped greatly to fulfil that dire Orwell prophecy by the accumulation of 'smart' devices in our homes and in our daily lives. How would you feel to learn that maybe, just maybe, some of your most private conversations or thoughts spoken aloud were being listened to by any number of unknown individuals or groups? The last line of true privacy, 'behind closed doors', may soon no longer apply. So, it turns out that Mr Orwell was right, just way ahead of his time. Our world has become a lot like Las Vegas. While you are in the beautiful casinos playing all the games, drinking and having a great time, you don't know who's watching. So in this 21st century, do you know Who's Listening?
