As my nourishing adventure continues I am discovering so many new foods to experiment with and favourtie recipes to convert, so naturally I wanted to share
For those who don't know I am a clinically diagnosed Coeliac who also has Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I am not a Doctor, Nutritionalist or Healthcare Professional of any kind, I am just a Mum who decided that there had to be a better way to nourish myself and my family, so after seeing the light I choose to create using Wholefood, without refined sugar, Gluten Free and Low Fodmap compliant.
Now the Low Fodmap Compliant is a tricky one, as being low fodmap is every changing, and I use the Monash University App as a guide BUT, it is only a guide and up to you to find your 'safe' zone.
Remember with IBS, I have to STRESS that your portion size is your key to success...
I get excited about trying new things in the kitchen, I LOVE to experiment and could easily spend all day every day in the kitchen, in fact I actually do this an awful lot of the time, it's my happy place
I enjoy learning the benefits of eating different foods and am truly thankful that my circumstances allow me to experiment and just have fun trying new foods and recipes.
I have listed an ingredient from each recipe and noted some of their nutritional benefits in the hope that you will take this information on board and become more conscious of what you are putting into your body and know how it aids you in freakin wellbeing.
My hope for this book is to engage, encourage and enact YOU on an enlightening food journey.
