This is my autobiography, overcoming cancer, finding my faith, and the power of prayer. I was lucky to still be alive that day on the football field after practice. I was covered in bruises and every hit that I took felt like a car wreck. I am never one to complain and especially when contact is expected in the sport. I never wanted to seem behind compared to the other lineman at practice. An unusual comment from a family member on my brother's birthday saying, "He looks like he's been in a car accident" and also frequent headaches with shortness of breath, gave us all we needed to go to the doctors. With the doctors staying open after closing hours and being sent straight to the emergency room after hearing the terrifying news, I was in for a life-changing experience that I would've never expected.
