Strength and flexibility go hand and hand...both on and off our mats. Parents, yoga is a practice not a perfect. Keep it fun for your kids. Don't adjust them too much, let them play and practice learning being in the moment. Kids yoga, the emphasis is fun and curiosity. It's about finding freedom in movement, working things out. Sometimes, that is not a vocal thing. I suggest reading to them in the classic rhyme style of "I'm a little Tea Pot". I encourage you play and let go of expectations. Our children, yes, they are ours, but they are not us. My hope is that this book gives you and your children room to breathe, smile, and move together. Go with the flow of life, rather than against. ENJOY!
