4If you have ever wished there were more smiles in the world, this book will make your wish come true. It will put one on your face, and on everyone's face around you. It will teach you how to make a beautiful butterfly so that when you give it to someone, they can't help but smile too. This book is fun for everyone, the young and old alike, and especially for those that are creative and love arts and crafts, you will love this book. Fun! and Smiles! ...are for everyone. During the 3 years of the butterfly ministry, before GOD took Mom home in March of 2015, Mom and Deborah had created 5000 butterflies! That is a lot of smiles! Deborah is carrying on Mom's legacy of the butterfly Ministry, and I believe she will never stop! She was so eager in 2013 to learn how to make the butterflies, and got addicted to making them, just like Mom did. Her shared passion with my Mom gave them a special friendship and she began to address her as her Butterfly Mom. Her continued love for this ministry has reached so many lives, many of them being strangers, as they were her Uber clients. She reaches out to all those that her Heavenly Father leads her to. She also has a strong willingness to teach anyone that is interested in learning how to make them. Deborah was born in Delano, CA and at the age of 3, Prescott Arizona became her hometown. She was raised in a Christian home, and asked Immanuel (Jesus) into her heart at the tender age of 8. She remembers falling to sleep, listening to Bible stories or Gospel music that her Dad would put on, almost every night. With a deep desire to make heaven her home, one of her prayers as a young girl was, "LORD, I always want to be on the side that is right". Being the very painfully shy and bashful girl that she was, did not afford her many friends growing up, and in her later years, it allowed people to take advantage of her. It wasn't until she was in her 50's that she was freed from all the fears and hurtful things that had happened to her in life and had been holding her back from being all that God intended her to be. She feels like she has been given a new beginning in life, and can relate to the caterpillar that is stuck inching around on a limb, getting knocked off, to only have to climb back up again, and on its way back up, doing its best to hide from all the many things that would try to devour it before it can get to the place where it will be transformed into a beautiful butterfly. She is very thankful God has walked closely with her on this journey of transformation!
