2All the Bible promises for the believer cover all areas that concern man's vitality and relationship with God. God's promises bless believers for the now and for eternity to come. The promises are like fruit from His tree of Life, the Bible, the Word. Pick and eat and speak them over people and situations in your prayer life. God loves to hear you speak His Word back to Him. Pray the promise! (Proverbs 18:21), "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." It is critical to always speak life - Speak/pray His promises over your life. Don't speak/pray aloud the problem; speak/pray aloud the solution (the promise). Be conscious of what you consistently speak and think. I like what my pastor said recently, "Don't talk to God about your problems; talk to your problems about your God!" Many respond with, "Well that's the reality of the situation." No; the reality is that you call those things that are not as though they be. Instead of "I never seem to get ahead," how about, "He causes me to prosper in all things and be in health even as my soul prospers." Do not deny the fact that you have a problem (health issues, finance issues, relationship issues). Deny the fact of its right to be there. It has no right to be there "if" you are His child. No right! Speak/pray aloud the solution, the life promise. Bless yourself, bless people, bless situations. You have a choice. We either curse ourselves and others or we bless ourselves and others. It's a choice! Choose you this day whom you will serve. Will it be the negative curses (death) or the positive blessings (life).
