3Parents must model good manners, if they want their children to have good manners. Parents: be patient; practice with your children at home and out in the public and give them the words to say. Give them positive reinforcement when they use good manners. Remember, your children will copy your actions and words. Be kind, but firm, and be consistent and watch your children grow up to be beautiful and respectful young people and adults. This book can be purchased in English and Spanish. Lady Louise A. Battle was born and raised in Washington, D.C. more than a half a century ago. She heard the truth, fell in love with Jesus, believed it, and then trusted Jesus Christ to be Lord and Savior of her life in July 1977, in Albuquerque, New Mexico at Shiloh Baptist Church.
