Palacios (Venezuela, 1938) obtained a Licentiate in Philosophy at the Gregorian University in Rome where he pursued studies in Theology. His Doctorate in Philosophy is from the Catholic University of America. He authored Mary, the Unwed Mother of God (2017) and The Catholic Church Needs Martin Luther, (2019), both rigorously dogmatic. Palacios' unconventional analyses have not won him friends among Catholics. Dr. Palacios retired after fifty years teaching philosophy.
