description
e and Commentary was many years in the making and will provide an unsurpassed resource to study C.S. Lewis' satirical masterpiece.

It has been designed to be used in College or High School courses, small groups, Sunday School, Home Schooling or personal study. With almost 300 pages of content, you will not be left guessing as to the cunning temptation efforts of Screwtape. The author will guide you confidently through all the riches of this classic book. All thirty-one letters are examined thoroughly and include hundreds of correlations with Scripture, which give spiritual answers to counteract his diabolical advice and gain victory in the Christian life. You will grow in your walk with God like never before. All 31 Letters are treated extensively, containing reproducible handouts, thorough analysis and commentary, study questions and theological themes and more. This study guide is perfect for college or high school courses, Sunday School, small groups, home schooling, and personal study. A Bible answer key is included.

"The depth and complexity of "The Screwtape Letters" makes it a challenging book to both study and teach. Even though it is brilliantly written using a satirical and humorous approach, this book contains deep spiritual and theological truths. In teaching this work in Sunday School, I found this book to be an invaluable resource. There are many elements that set this study guide apart from others. For each letter, there is a brief synopsis which digs below the surface to reveal the meaning behind many of the communications between Screwtape and Wormwood. Each letter also has an exhaustive list of study questions, with accompanying answers. What impressed me most was that each answer contained numerous references to Scripture so that the reader can continually affirm what God's Word says in relation to the points presented both by the characters in the book and by Mr. Gonzales himself. It allowed our class to dig deep beneath the surface level into the spiritual and theological truths presented by Mr. Lewis in his classic book." - Doug Huitt - Michigan
