The Author: R. L.North, was raised in Alaska and has called it home for over 50 years. In that time, he has come to see the "Land of the Midnight Sun" as one of the most amazing places in God's creation and has been blessed to be able to experience it through many avenues. He has been inspired by not only its people, remoteness, and rugged beauty, but also its unique location in the world. However, he believes no matter where you live, we can all be even more inspired by each of us embracing our own personal relationship with God, and taking time to enjoy the works of His hands both in the world around us and within our hearts.
