4Most people, including myself, struggle with how to live out this life as a Christian. When I started to teach men within the prison system, I was amazed at how many of them didn't have a clue about what it means to be a Christian. What goes on inside of us and what process do we go through as we walk out this experience that Jesus called, "Born Again?" I started to pray that God would show me how to bring illumination to them, about how the process works inside of us. I wanted to help them realize who they were in Christ and who He is in us, and how to grow up in the Lord. What does it mean to be "Born Again?" What about righteousness, redemption, justification, and the process of sanctification? What do they practically mean to us? These are all good questions that need answered if we are to walk in victory. I believe that when a person realizes who and what they have in Christ, they will walk a completely different life. Their whole outlook will change. Another reason that this knowledge is vitally important for us is that it will help us understand how the enemy works against us. Only then can we stand strong in the Lord. You see, I believe that you must know what the process is within you before you can understand how and why the enemy tries to stop that process. In other words, if you don't know his tactics, you will never be able to counter attack him and walk in victory in your daily life. And how can you ever aspire to understand his tactics, if you don't know how God works inside of you. So, I wrote this book to help people understand The "Born Again" experience and how to walk it out on a daily basis, in a practical way.
