Frog is a story of two parts: Part 1, The Search and Part 2, The Return. In The Search, a young and impetuous frog, Croack, decides to leave the boring stagnant waters of his pond in search for the exciting experience of knowing the highly developed human world. When his friends at the pond realize he is nowhere, they organize themselves to inquire about him at three faraway places. They face a number of life-threatening situations in their way there but finally make it. By then, Croack had arrived to his destination and experienced the reality of the highly developed human world. He tries to understand its ways and conflicts, yet he is many times placed in captivity. When finally free, he starts his way back home completely disappointed at what he had learned. In The Return, Croack starts his way home amidst constant dangers and troubles. His friends search for him and find instead strange phenomena that leave them puzzled. They both experienced a lot more loss and injuries in their way back. They all use their training and instincts to survive and return to their dear pond, but will they make it? M.
