When my wife, and best friend, was diagnosed with cancer I did everything I could to help make her life more enjoyable and comfortable. As she traveled through the valley of the shadow of death I was by her side. But once she passed, I found myself alone in a dry and desolate wasteland. Cancer claimed her life, I was the surviving spouse left to raise my young son by without the help. This book is about that transformative journey and how I put my life back together again.
