6What if I compiled all my best pieces on addiction and recovery and created a survival guide to help others?
These were my thoughts last night as I lay with my son in bed while he drifted off. My writing has been seen by over 50 million people on Facebook alone. Collectively, there are so many things to tell you; things that just one post or article doesn't do justice.
So I've compiled them. For you.
My words into your hands, and ultimately, hopefully into your heart.
If you are on a sober journey, sober curious, or if you are supporting a loved one who is struggling, I want you to know there is hope. I found more in my sobriety than I ever could find in the bottom of a wine glass.
Genetics were against me; mommy wine culture was against me... but I overcame the lure of alcohol.
