0Edie and her friend Layla can't believe it when they find an injured kitten on their way home from school. She looks so small and weak that Edie knows she must get the kitten home right away so her mom, a veterinarian, can take care of her. Edie's mom isn't sure the tiny kitten is going to make it, since she's been separated from her mother. But Edie is determined to nurse her back to health. Then she starts to worry. Could there be more kittens out there? And are they in trouble, too?
