One day it's time to pay an impromptu visit to her grandparents. And what will happen when the president comes to town? Who knows what Mitzi will get up to next?

In Tell Me a Mitzi Lore Segal's droll dialogue and off- kilter story telling is beautifully matched by Harriet Pincus's gritty and colorful illustrations. These are stories that capture childhood in all its puzzlement, resourcefulness, and unsentimental wonder.
