Anxiety is something we all deal with to some degree, so shouldn't we learn how to fight it? Here is some of what we will learn to better fight it:

• We already have all that we need.
• We need more rest than we realize.
• Our souls need restoring.
• God is with us and protects us.
• Even when we are surrounded by enemies, He can give us rest at His table.
• This world is not our home and one day we will be in God's house forever.
