This book narrates the story of Gracie. A real dog we adopted when she was 8 years old. Her online profile said she was not good with other dogs, children, or cats. But when we met her she turned on our feet and made us scratch her belly.

From that moment on, we were committed to her. We start this story with Gracie's original family, the reasons why she was sent into foster care and her adoption story.
